I will need to give this another shot - but I wonder whether, even if this does work for Instapaper as describes - it will only capture new things that are added to Instapaper from that point on. You can create an Instapaper RSS feed of your articles, but when I played with this I couldn’t get them to show up in DevonThink (I think the RSS feed from Instapaper only has the first few characters, IIRC).
